Projects include, gas processing plants, steel platforms, pipe racks, salt water disposal facilities, and 18-wheeler maintenance shops.

Project name:  Universal Pressure Pumping 

Project Location: Midland, TX


EAKOM provided structural engineering of a new facility for Universal Pressure Pumping located on Industrial Ave in Midland, TX. The project included a two-story administration building, a Maintenance Building, a Tank Farm, a Bulk Storage Building and a Service Building.  

Project name:  Pioneer Natural Resources Field Offices 

Project Location: Midland, Midkiff, Cuero, Victoria, TX


EAKOM provided structural engineering for several field offices for Pioneer Natural Resources throughout Texas. Each Field Office was approximately 80,000 SF and included an Administration Office, a Truck Maintenance Building with an underground pit for 18 wheelers, a Parts & Storage Building, and a Service Building. 

Project name:  C6- Solids Professing facility

Project Location: Plattville, CO


A design-build project with M-3 Construction, EAKOM provided complete structural engineering for this Solids Processing Facility for NGL. The project consists of a Truck Offload area, a Tank Farm, Pipe Racks, a Solids Building, a Main Process Building, an Auxiliary Process Building and several containment areas. The challenge of this large facility was the design of the centrifuge platform inside the main process building. This elevated platform was designed to mitigate the vibrations of the centrifuges and belt filter press during operation. This project was very successful and we were awarded the design of three new facilities, C5, C10 and C12 Salt Water Processing Facilities.
